Founder Tessa Allan is a registered nurse with a wealth of diagnostic expertise. Tessa is local to Gisborne with extensive experience providing healthcare solutions both in New Zealand and overseas. This includes 17 years as a registered nurse of which 12 years were spent in the community working with patients with chronic health conditions.
Tessa believes in sharing smart lifestyle choices so that people can improve their health and live life to the fullest. From diet and exercise to strategies for coping with stress and improving mental wellbeing: She hopes to give your employees the chance to enjoy a healthier, happier life.
